In Rimini, piada is typically thin and has also won the PGI brand to identify it from the many versions present throughout Romagna. In this cooking lesson , Azdora (a Romagna cook) will teach you how to prepare the real Romagna piadina that you can taste with cold cuts, cheeses, salads or with squacquerone and rocket.
Let's not forget the tasty variant of the piada: the cassone, or cascione, watercress, if you prefer, which you can fill with mozzarella and tomato, cooked ham, mushrooms, etc... You won't miss your imagination!
